Free shipping across Canada

Standard shipping is completely free for orders delivered within Canada. The estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, remote destinations, or other circumstances outside our control. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, email us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment has begun, and we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for several business days or your order appears to be lost, contact us at contact.walterhensley@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate.

Damaged deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, retain the product and packaging and contact us as soon as possible with photographs so we can assist you.
